What does Yieki mean?

Ryan, the owner of Yieki, was a massive World of Warcraft player from 2007 to 2014. They wanted a character name that no other character of the 12 million players worldwide had. They spent a week coming up with the name. In WoW, people know you as your character name and not your real name. Yieki stuck with Ryan since it's creation.

What products do you sell at www.yieki.store?

We sell awareness pins for the LGBTQIA+ and disability, conditions, and illnesses communities.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship with Australia Post. They offer the best value for your money. It takes 1-2 days to process the order, 2-7 days shipping Australia-wide and 7-20 days internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. There are some countries we do not ship to out of safety.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We only exchange the product if it is faulty. We test all our pins to ensure that they do not break. If it is damaged or faulty, send an email to contact@yieki.store with a photo or video, and we will take care of you. Here is our returns and exchange policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Are my personal and payment details secure?

We do not have access to or store anyone's payment details like credit card numbers and the like. We do have access to email addresses and postal addresses for shipping and tracking purposes. This information is kept by Shopify or your payment provider and not us personally.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Our prices are the lowest they can be for our community. You will not find anyone with the quality of our products selling them any cheaper.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
